Click on the above link to view the Real Estate and Personal Property Abatement Application form. Once the 2 page form appears, you can print out the form (2 pages), complete the form and submit the application to the Board of Assessors. This form may be filled in right on your computer and then printed as many times as you wish. However, the completed form cannot be saved to your computer but the blank form may be saved to your computer for later use.
NOTE: This application must be submitted to Board of Assessors no later than the due date of the FIRST installment of the actual tax bill for the fiscal year.
Also NOTE: Actual tax bills are those issued after the tax rate is set.
