Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement Application

Instructions:

  1. Download the Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement Application.
  2. You may either print out the application and complete it by hand (please print for clarity), or type in the form online and print it out (you will be unable to save the typed copy).

  3. You will need to submit the completed application, along with the specified documentation, to the Board of Assessors.
