Real Estate & Personal Property Abatement Application

Instructions:

  1. Download the Real Estate & Personal Property Abatement Application.
  2. You may either print out the application and complete it by hand (please print for clarity), or type in the form online and print it out (you will be unable to save the typed copy).

  3. You will need to submit the completed application to the Board of Assessors.

Note:

  • This application must be submitted to Board of Assessors no later than the due date of the FIRST installment of the actual tax bill for the fiscal year (which usually occurs at the beginning of February of the current fiscal year).
  • Actual tax bills are those issued after the tax rate is set.
