The new Berkshire Online Permitting System is usable by Homeowners and Contractors. Once you set up an account with a login/password, you will be able to furnish all required information and apply for any of the following:
- Certificate of Inspection
- Certificate of Occupancy
- Commercial Building Permit
- Electrical Permit
- Gas Permit
- Plumbing Permit
- Residential Building Permit
- Sheet Metal Permit
- Sign Permit
- Tent Permit
- Wood Stove Permit
